This is the 6th Studio Album from Canadian Rapper, Singer and global Superstar Drake. Drake is back in a big way on Certified Lover Boy with 21 tracks and 1hr 26mins in run time, and this record has come following Drake’s biggest hiatus at 3 years and 3 months and also the most challenging chapter of his career. First came the massively unsuccessful and damaging beef with Pusha T where Push absolutely murdered him with the famous ‘The Story of Adidon’ diss track which went after Drake’s personality, his ability as a father and using his son for commercial value, ghost writers and having his son with a pornstar, which Drake was so shook by that the only thing he responded to was the cover art of the track. Then came his last LP, Scorpion. Scorpion was Drakes longest and biggest artistic statement yet but it failed to live up to the hype as it’s first disc was pretty good but the second was extremely underwhelming. Lastly, and very recently, the new ignition in his beef with Kanye. Drake dissed Kanye on ‘Betrayal’ with Trippie Redd, Kanye went on a rampage adding Drake to group chats with him and Pusha and leaking Drake’s home address (too far) which Drake simply replied to with a video of him driving and laughing on IG.
